Dough Creamery's brand philosophy is to create a fun and enjoyable dessert experience. Inspired by the idea of nostalgia and the origin of the brand concept, the design takes influence from the youthful side of the Japanese culture. The mascot-inspired illustration is juxtaposed against the main triangular element (representative of an ice cream cone) and a modern sans serif typeface balances the identity to a friendly, youthful yet bold approach. The color selection doubles as a representation of the brand's concept of fusing together different elements (e.g. hot and cold). The pattern represents one of the various toppings and used across the different packaging elements for the brand.
